18th Birthday Party Policy

Policy in Relation to 18th Birthday Parties & Special Events
Please refer to our Brief in relation to General use of either the Waves Function Room or the Combined Waves & Surf Function Rooms.

Specific Requirements for 18th Birthday Parties detailed below.

One designated person from the booking party shall be considered accountable for the following.

No persons under the age of 18 years are to request or be served any form of alcohol.
(In the event this is observed, the Party may be asked to exit the premises – with no refund)
Once the meal and numbers have been determined prior to the event, payment for the food component of the account is to be paid on or prior to the date of the event please.
Consultation with Bayviews Management in regard to the balance of payment can be made at the time of booking.
Bayviews reserve the right to decline the use of certain decorations, music, and right of entry to guests of the party and also to remove any guest who breaches any of these conditions or ‘Bayviews ‘House Policy’.
In the event there is damage caused by guests of the event – Bayviews may seek compensation from the designated person (identified prior to the event).

We are sure that your event will be most enjoyable with us and appreciate your understanding in regard to all of the above.(As is usually the case – one or two spoil events for others and thus we have no option but to introduce these terms)
