Confirmation
Confirmation of a function booking must be made within 14 days of the original reservation. Payment of a deposit must accompany this confirmation.(Amount to be determined with Guest at time of reservation)

Management reserves the right to cancel the booking and allocate the venue to another Guest if confirmation and deposit is not received.

FINAL NUMBERS: Are required 7 days prior to the function.

MENU DETAILS: Are required 7 days prior to the function.

Room Hire
Applies to both the Waves Dining Room and the Waves & Surf ‘Combined’ Dining Rooms.

Comb Waves & Surf Room Monday-Thursday $250 $300
Friday – Sunday $400 $500

Public Holidays by arrangement (This to be discussed at time of booking with Bayviews Management.)
Tables clothes if requested $5.00 per table.
All rates are exclusive of GST

Compliance
It is understood that the Guest will conduct the function in an orderly manner in full compliance with the Bayviews House Policy and Liquor Licensing Laws.

The Management reserves the right to exclude or eject any objectionable persons from the Bayviews Complex without liability.

Bar Access
Although every effort will be made to accommodate your guests in our bar after your function, there are no guarantees of entry due to limitations upon capacity. Please understand this and advise your guests.

Responsibility
Organisers are financially responsible for any damage / breakages sustained to the Bayviews Complex by the Organiser, Organiser’s Guests, Invitees or other persons attending the function. Bayviews will not accept any responsibility for the damage or loss of merchandise left prior to or after the function.

RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCHOHOL: The Bayviews Restaurant & Lounge Bar practices responsible service of alcohol on all occasions. Intoxicated individuals will not be served alcohol.

Equipment Hire
Organisers are financially responsible for any damage / breakage or loss of equipment supplied by the Bayviews Complex.

Deposit
Once final numbers are confirmed – this will be the number catered for and therefore charged for. Deposit covering the FOOD cost is required prior to the event please.

Payment
All accounts are to be settled prior to, or on the day of the function unless prior arrangement with Bayviews Management – Sorry personal cheques are not accepted.

Display & Signage
Nothing is to be nailed, screwed or adhered to any wall or other surface or part of the building.

Cancellation
In case of cancellation, Bayviews will not refund the deposit.

Cleaning
General cleaning is included in the cost of the function. If cleaning requirements following your function are judged to be excessive, additional cleaning charges will be incurred. Confetti is not permitted in any part of the Bayviews Complex.

Security
Bayviews have our own Security provider (Island State Security – 0419 362388). If you require assistance in this regard we are happy to facilitate a meeting with the security company for you.

Closing
Bayviews Complex is open seven days a week 10am till late. Last drinks will be called at the Managers discretion from 11:30pm onward, your organiser will be liaised with prior to this and we ask that you in turn assist us in an orderly disbursement of your guests at this time.
