The Waves Dining Room
Seats 50 guests comfortably for private dining. Alternatively, 70 guests can enjoy comfort in a cocktail style environment standing.

The Waves & Surf ‘Combined’ Dining Room
Seats 140 guests comfortably for private dining. Alternatively, 200 guests can enjoy comfort in a cocktail style environment standing.

Bayviews Restaurant & Lounge Bar
Seats 70 guests comfortably for dining inside. Seats 50 guests comfortably for dining outside on the deck area.

Large bookings
Bookings of 25 or more guests will be offered a specific menu to consider for their comfort as the kitchen cannot confidently serve this number of guests dining as a group at one time.

Food
Lunch & Dinner menu available in Bayviews Restaurant and Deck area.

Lunch & Dinner menu also available in The Waves Dining Room upon request.

Cocktail menu available in both The Waves Dining Room and The Waves & Surf ‘Combined’ Dining Room.

Set menu can be arranged with consultation between Bayviews Executive Chef and the Guest.

Selections of delicious Cakes and Pizzas available.

Guest numbers and menus are to be confirmed no later than five days prior to the event. (This number will be charged for due to ordering and catering requirements)

Beverage
Beverage Packages – Guest to indicate spend amount prior to commencement of function.

Beverage On Consumption – Package to be pre arranged with Guest prior to function date.

Conferencing
Equipment sourced and supplied as per Guests request.
